He was tried on the 18 Jan 1911 before The Honourable Mr. Justice Lush, Knight. David Cynon Jones was sentenced to one months Hard labour by Newcastle Emlyn petty sessions on the 13 Jan 1922 and sentenced to 3 weeks 2nd division by Carmarthen Quarter Sessions.

668 Death of Mrs Ann Waterfall

Died - At St. Joseph, MO., after a prolonged illness, Mrs Ann Waterfall, aged seventy-two years.

Mrs Waterfall was well known in this city, she having made her home here with her daughter, Mrs. M. T. Johnson, and had a large circle of friends. She was born in England and came to America in 1851 with her family. She leaves four children, Mrs. M. T. Johnson of this city, Mrs John Day, of Palmyra, Mrs Ward of Illinois and Wm Waterfall, of St. Joseph. Early in life she united with the Episcopal church, and was a member of that church at the time of her death.

The funeral was held this morning at 10 o'clock from the Episopal church, Rev. Mr. Barr conducting the services.

Mrs Edith Waterfall of "Lyndhurst", Embsay, the widow of the late Mr J.J. Waterfall, died on Monday, aged 58 years. The remains were cremated at Bradford on Wednesday, and yesterday (Thursday) there was a meeting at the Friends' House at Airton. Mrs Waterfall is survived by two sons and a daughter.
