  Notes	In the 1920's Hulda worked for Princess Boncompti in Fumie, Italy for 18 months as a personal assistant. During the Second World War, Hulda lived in France, first in Paris and then in Nice. She was arrested twice, first in 1942, and was released, as she could prove that she was a Protestant. The second time was in April 1944, when she was deported to Auschwitz via Drancy.
