    William W. Waterfall, 74 years old, died at 5:15am Wednesday of Influenza at a hospital here. He had been a resident of St Joseph since 1876, and was engaged in the ice buisness here thirty years. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs F Reuthinger of East Atchinson, and Mrs F. E. Vancil of this city, and one son, J. A. Waterfall of St Joseph and a sister, Mrs Marie Ward of Palmyra, Neb. The funeral will be from Meierhoffer's undertaking rooms at 3 oclock this afternoon. Burial will be at Ashland cemetery.

    Death of Mrs Ann Waterfall

    Died - At St. Joseph, MO., after a prolonged illness, Mrs Ann Waterfall, aged seventy-two years.

    Mrs Waterfall was well known in this city, she having made her home here with her daughter, Mrs. M. T. Johnson, and had a large circle of friends. She was born in England and came to America in 1851 with her family. She leaves four children, Mrs. M. T. Johnson of this city, Mrs John Day, of Palmyra, Mrs Ward of Illinois and Wm Waterfall, of St. Joseph. Early in life she united with the Episcopal church, and was a member of that church at the time of her death.

    The funeral was held this morning at 10 o'clock from the Episopal church, Rev. Mr. Barr conducting the services.
