David Cynon Jones alias Arthur Clifford, 33, printer.... pleaded guilty to feloniously marrying one Mary Edith Williams on the 22 Oct 1904 at Merthyr Tydfil, Martha, his former wife, to whom he was previously married on 24 Dec 1897, then being alive at Carmarthen Quarter Sessions.
He was tried on the 18 Jan 1911 before The Honourable Mr. Justice Lush, Knight. David Cynon Jones was sentenced to one months Hard labour by Newcastle Emlyn petty sessions on the 13 Jan 1922 and sentenced to 3 weeks 2nd division by Carmarthen Quarter Sessions.
